Willie Mae Dow, 93, widow of James Dow, Sr. and daughter of the late Henry and Julia Hunter Black, was born on August 19, 1930 in Sumter County, SC. She departed this life on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at her residence.

Family will receive friends at the home, 155 Jacob Circle, Sumter, SC 29154, from 4-7pm daily. Facial masks are required.
