Willie Billups, 88, widower of Wilhelmenia Shaw Billups and son of the late Monroe and Isabella Wingate Glover, was born on June 14, 1933 in Branchville, SC. He departed this life on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at his residence.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Graveside Services will be held at 1pm on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Hillside Memorial Park, 2561 Cain Mills Road, Sumter, SC 29154, with Pastor Jerome McCray Officiating.

Family will receive friends at the home, 336 Ben Street, Sumter, SC 29150.
