William "Peter" Dinkins, 68, widower of Virgie Dinkins and son of the late Sidney and Ella Mae McDuffie Dinkins, was born on February 19, 1952 in Sumter, SC. He departed this life on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at Prisma Health Richland in Columbia, SC.

Public Viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 from 3-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

The Family will celebrate the life of Mr. Dinkins at 10am on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at Job's Mortuary Parlor 312 South Main Street Sumter, SC 29150.

Interment will follow in Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
