Wilhelmenia Louise Emanuel Owens, 87, widow of Tony Owens, Jr., and daughter of the late Sallie Emanuel McCoy, was born on August 16, 1936 in Marion, SC.  She departed this life on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at her residence.

Family will receive friends at the home, 51 Albert Spears Drive, Sumter, SC 29150 daily from 3-7pm.
