Walter Simon, 84, son of the late Pressley and Mary O. James Simon, was born on April 10, 1936 in Sumter, SC. He departed this life on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at his residence.

Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary Annex.

Mr. Simon will be placed in church on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 12:30pm for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:30pm on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150.

Interment will follow in Ruby Billie Simon Family Cemetery.
