Virginia Waiters Simmons, 81, widow of Louis D. Simmons and daughter of the late George and Queen Waiters, was born on May 15, 1939 in Sumter, SC. She departed this life on March 5, 2021 at her residence.

Family will receive friends on Friday, March 12, 2021 from 12noon-2pm at Job's Mortuary.

Graveside Services will be held at 10am on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at High Hills AME Church, 6780 Meeting House Road, Dalzell, SC 29040.

Visitation will be limited to family only at the home, 135 Jacob Circle, Sumter, SC 29154.

Job's Mortuary, Inc., 312 S. Main Street is in charge of arrangements.
