Thomasina Elizabeth Hill Taylor, 99, widow of Arthur Robert Taylor and daughter of the late Thomas Hill and Mary White Hill, was born on June 11, 1926 in Jacksonville, FL.  She departed this life on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Litchford Falls Health & Rehabilitation Center, Raleigh, NC.
