Theodosia Washington, 94, daughter of the late Cole Washington, Sr., and Daisy Wright Washington, was born on December 16, 1930 in Sumter, SC.  She departed this life on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter, SC.
