Thelma Josephine Dawson Rogers, 72, widow of Charlie Lee Rogers and daughter of the late Benjamin Dawson and Josephine Grant Dawson, was born on March 16, 1951 in Sumter, SC.  She departed this life on Friday, May 5, 2023 at McLeod Health Clarendon, Manning, SC.
