Susannah Evelyn Maple Howard, 76, widow of Charlie Howard and daughter of the late Jerry and Martha Canty Maple, was born on February 2, 1943 in Sumter County, SC. She departed this life on Friday, January 3, 2020 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC.

Public Viewing will be held on Friday, January 10, 2020 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mrs. Howard will be placed in the church on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 11am for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 12noon on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Allen Chapel AME Church 471 Lynam Road Sumter, SC 29154, with Rev. Dr. George E. Hicks, Eulogist and Rev. Dr. Harold O. Wilson Officiating.

Interment will follow in Allen Chapel Church Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at the home, 5350 Cane Savannah Road Wedgefield, SC 29168.
