Stephen McKinley English, Sr., husband of Julia Mills English and son of the late John English and Sarah Dawson English, was born on January 1, 1936 in Sumter, SC.  He departed this life on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Lexington Medical Center in Lexington, SC.
