Mrs. Sarah Ginn, daughter of the late Susan Johnson Romeo and late Allen Johnson was born on August 12, 1933 in Pinewood, SC. At the beginning of Spring, March 21, 2019, God in his wise providence dispatched his heavenly angel to go and receive the soul of this soldier and return her unto Him.

She graduated from Pinewood High School in 1952 and was a member of St. John Baptist Church.

Upon reaching adulthood, Sarah moved to New York City and met and married Randolph Ginn. Her union with the love of her life, Randolph, was blessed with two children. She then became a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Brooklyn, NY.

Sarah worked as a housekeeper in Manhattan until she was ready to retire and moved back South. After relocating back to her home, she reconnected herself with St. John Baptist Church and attended faithfully until her health declined.

Sarah leaves to cherish her memories her beloved husband, Randolph; a son, Anthony; stepdaughter, Antoinette; grandchildren: Monique, Jasmin, Kylie, and Lamarr; great-grandchildren: Kamel, Dylan, Lexus, Kaitlyn, and Isaiah; two brothers, Robert and Louis; five sisters-in-law: Dorothy, Alberta, Ann, Nancy, and Deloris; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Annette; and three brothers: Allen, Jr., Lester, and Charles.

Public Viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mrs. Ginn will be placed in the church on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 10am for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at St. John Baptist Church 102 West Clark Street Pinewood, SC 29125, with Rev. Herman Holland Officiating.

Interment will follow in Fort Jackson National Cemetery in Columbia, SC

Family will receive friends at the home, 480 Allen Drive Sumter, SC 29150.
