Roland Rivers, Jr, 80, husband of Dorothy Smalls Rivers and son of the late Roland Rivers, Sr. and Mae Bell Lawrence Strong, was born on September 23, 1941 in Lloyd, FL. He departed this life on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, SC.

Public viewing will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150, with Dr. Ralph W. Canty, Sr. Officiating.
