Ms. Robie Elaine McWilliams, 61, companion of Ernest Rembert and daughter of the late James McWilliams and Ora Lee McWilliams was born on March 3, 1956 in Laurens, SC. She departed this life on Sunday, July 30 , 2017 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital, Columbia, SC.
