Robert "Bobby" Lee Wilson, Jr. was born in Sumter County, SC on December 23, 1979 to Robert Lee Wilson, Sr. and the late Louise Goines Wilson. Bobby departed this life on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at his residence.

He received his education in the public schools of Sumter County, graduating from Lakewood High School with the Class of 1998.

Robert, Jr. was a loving person who possessed a very pleasant personality. Bobby had a very special love for lending a helping hand to everyone he came in contact with. He became the caretaker of his mother, and exemplified his tender-heartedness by devoted his life to his family. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and hunting with his father. Robert always looked forward to watching basketball and football games with his mother.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his father, Robert Lee Wilson, Sr.; two sisters, Catherine Stukes and Ashley (Ricarldo) Johnson; one brother, Charles Stukes all of Sumter; nephews: Joshua and Jordan Stukes, Tyreek, Ricarldo and Ashton Johnson; nieces: Nyasia Wilson, Aniya and Kennedi Johnson; and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to his mother, Robert, Jr. was preceded in death by a niece, Jamiyah Stukes; and grandparents, Deacon Blanding and Loree Smiling Goines.

Public Viewing will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2019 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mr. Wilson will be placed in the church on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at 2pm for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 3pm on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center 101 South Salem Avenue Sumter, SC 29150.

Interment will follow in Bethesda Baptist Church Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at the home of his sister, 330 Dusty Circle Sumter, SC 29150.
