Richard Prothro, Sr., 68, husband of Sharon Wells Prothro and son of the late Wardell Moore, Sr., and Gardenia Cousar Moore, was born on May 06, 1955 in Mayesville, SC.  He departed this life on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at his residence.

Public viewing will be held on Monday, December 18, 2023 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be held at 2pm, Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150.

Interment will follow at Mayesville Community Cemetery, Mayesville, SC 29104.

Family will receive friends at the home, 125 West Bartlette Street, Apt 502, Sumter, SC 29150.
