Richard J. Lee, 71, husband of Josephine S. Lee and son of the late Elister Lee, Sr., and Gladys McKenzie Lee, was born on April 14, 1951 in Lee County, SC.  He departed this life on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at his residence.

Public viewing will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary, Inc.

Funeral services will be at 11am on Monday, March 20, 2023 at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, 14 North Brand Street, Sumter, SC 29150, with Pastor Larry W. Barnes Officiating.

Interment will be held at 11am on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Fort Jackson National Cemetery in Columbia, SC.

Family will receive friends at the home, 101 Fagan Street, Sumter, SC 29150 Daily 3-6pm MASK IS REQUIRED in accordance with the Covid-19 guidelines.

Job's Mortuary, Inc., 312 South Main Street, Sumter is in charge of arrangements.
