Richard Ramsey, Jr., 82, widower of Minnie Dinkins Ramsey and son of the late Richard Ramsey, Sr., and Margaret Rosa Lee Buckman Ramsey was born on February 10, 1941 in Sumter, SC. He departed this life on Monday, April 17, 2023 at his residence.
The family is requesting no visitation at the home in accordance with the Covid-19 guidelines.
