Born on February 20, 1949, in Sumter, SC, she was the beloved daughter of Mary Ballard Ragins and the late Leroy Ragins. Patricia was the widow of Ronald Miller. She will be deeply missed by her mother, Mary Ballard Ragins, who resides at 2364 Kolb Road, Sumter, SC 29154. Patricia was predeceased by her father, Leroy Ragins, and her husband, Ronald Miller. Family and friends are invited to gather at her home, 2364 Kolb Road, Sumter, SC 29154, daily from 5-8pm to pay their respects.
