Mrs. Pansy Logan Conyers was born on June 16, 1922 in Clarendon County, SC to the late Edward and Carrie D. Singleton Logan. She entered rest on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at her residence. She was educated in the public schools of Sumter Clarendon County.

Mother Conyers leaves to cherish her precious memories her children: two daughters, Daisy D. Nimmons of Pinewood, SC and Pamela (Edward) Johnson of Hephzibah, GA; four sons: Alfred (Rosa) Conyers, Sr. of Pinewood, SC, Leslie (Alisha) Conyers, Jr., Kenneth (Wonda) Conyers, Sr. both of Sumter, SC and Myron (Kimberly) Conyers of Pinewood, SC; a sister, Vivian Presha of Pinewood, SC; a son-in-law, Lloyd Harrison of St. Albans, NY; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; a goddaughter, Diane Conyers; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leslie Conyers, Sr.; a daughter, Catherine L. Harrison; one great-grandson, Aaron J. Conyers; one sister, Helen V. Conyers; four brothers: Ernest, James, Sr., Jake "JB", and Madison "Matt" Logan.

Public Viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mrs. Conyers will be placed in the church on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 10am for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150, with Rev. Lawrence E. Myers, Sr. Officiating.

Interment will follow in New Hope Community Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at the home, 9420 Highway 261, Pinewood, SC 29125.
