Otis Butler, Sr., 83, widower of Hattie Martha Carter Butler and son of the late Silas Butler and Rosa Lee Walters Butler, was born on February 06, 1941 in Sumter, SC.  He departed this life on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter, SC.
