Ollie Mae Cotton, daughter of the late Rommie & Bertha Cotton, was born September 9, 1938 in Smithfield, North Carolina. She departed this life on Thursday, July 18, 2019at 80 years old.
At an early age, Ollie Cotton accepted Christ and has been a faithful member of Kingsbury Church of Christ. She loved her church family and was a dedicated servant of Christ. She attended public school in Sumter County. Ollie Mae work diligently for numerous years at Sumter Laundry Cleaner before retiring.
Ollie loved traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family. She was a devoted Mother and a proud grandmother.
She leaves to cherish her memories: three daughters: Mildred Stevens, Della Mae Mobley, and Nichole Cotton; two sons, Tyron ( Shaniquewa) Cotton and Chris (Sharon) Cotton; one sister, Bertha Mae Mcfaddin;, nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; special nieces: Lillian Ramos, Sherri, & Tammy McCray; special nephews: Micheal, Ricky & Curtis McCray; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Ollie was preceded in death by three brothers: Rommie, Jr., Roy Lee, & Will Martha Cotton.

Public Viewing will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2019 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Ms. Cotton will be placed in the church on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 10am for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Monday, July 22, 2019 at Kingsbury Church of Christ 215 Kingsbury Drive Sumter, SC 29150.

Interment will follow in Walker Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at the home of Steven & Lillie Ramos 365 Seminole Road Sumter, SC 29150 on Sunday, July 21, 2019 from 3-8pm.
