Ola Mae Smith was born on September 6, 1946 to the late Walter and Laurie Smith. She was married to the late Stephey Manning.

Ola Mae was a faithful member of Corinth Missionary Baptist Church, where she sang on the choir and was a member of the Ushers Ministry. She loved to attend church, sing, and she a had a passion for children, which she babysat often. Ola Mae loved her family dearly and was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Ola Mae leaves to mourn her passing: two brothers, Jackie Smith and Leon Smith both of Sumter, SC; three special cousins: Sally Sumter, Minnie Wilson, and Richard Dukes all of Sumter, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Leroy and Joseph Smith; two sisters, Inez Pattasawe and Lauretha Stukes; and one brother-in-law.

Public Viewing will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mrs. Smith will be placed in the church on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 10am for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Friday, January 4, 2018 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center 101 S. Salem Avenue Sumter, SC 29150.

Interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at 80 Dollard Drive Sumter, SC 29150.
