Minnie Davis Dinkins Ramsey, 76, wife of Richard Ramsey, Jr. and daughter of the late Johnnie, Sr. and Amelia Choice Davis, was born on April 19, 1944 in Sumter, SC. She departed this life on Friday, March 12, 2021 at her residence.

Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mrs. Ramsey will be placed in church on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 10am for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150, with Pastor Eric R. Dent, Officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Paul AME Church Shaw Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at the home, 325 Deschamps Road, Sumter, SC 29154.
