Michelangelo Watkins, 46, son of the late Rev. Joseph, Sr. and Janie Phillips Watkins, was born on April 11, 1975, in Sumter, SC. He departed this life on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 in Fort Dix, NJ.

The family will celebrate his life at 12noon on Friday, October 8, 2021 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150, with Elder Kylie V. McBride, Eulogist and Rev. Eric Ramsey, Presiding. Services are limited to family and close friends only.

Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park.

Family will receive friends at the home of his brother, 1105 Waterway Drive, Sumter, SC 29154
