Matthew Williams, 49, son of Bertha Williams Smith, was born on March 3, 1971 in Philadelphia, PA. He departed this life on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at MUSC in Charleston, SC.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the family request limited visitation at 2105 Emil Road, Wedgefield, SC 29168. The family request all visitors to please wear a facial mask.
