Matilda Hampton, 80, daughter of the late Preston Hampton and Ellanora Singleton Baxter, was born on August 13, 1945 in Philadelphia, PA.  She departed this life on Friday, August 15, 2025 at her residence.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025 from 2-6pm, Family will greet guest from 2-5pm at Job's Mortuary, Inc.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am, Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Antioch UME Church, 10026 Old River Road, Rimini, SC 29125 with Rev. Lawrence Myers, Sr., Pastor and Officiant and Pastor D. J. Hampton, Sr., Eulogist.

Interment will follow at Antioch Memorial Gardens, Rimini, SC 29125.

Family will receive friends at home the Wednesday, August 20, 2025 and Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 3-7pm.
