Mary Simmons Washington, 88, widow of McCullum Washington, Jr., and daughter of the late Benjamin Simmons and Isabelle Robinson Simmons, was born on December 17, 1934 in Beaufort, SC.  She departed this life on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at her residence.

The family will receive friends from 11am until the hour of service at the church.

Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon, Friday, December 29, 2023 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150 with Rev. Donald Goodwine, Sr., Officiating.
