Mary Boyd Shannon, 84, daughter of the late Edward J. Boyd and Minnie Ida Ragin Boyd, was born on August 28, 1939 in Pinewood, SC.  She departed this life on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter, SC.

In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting no visitation at the home.
