Mary Louise Ballard Ragins, 102, widow of Leroy Ballard and daughter of the late Dewey Ballard and Lucille Ballard, was born on January 21, 1923 in Sumter, SC.  She departed this life on Saturday, March 08, 2025 at Oak Hollow of Sumter Rehabilitation Center, LLC.
