Martha Raye Ragins Smith, 74, widow of Willie Smith and daughter of the late Carroll Douglas and Rosa Ragins, was born on April 3, 1945 in Charleston, SC. She departed this life on Friday, March 27, 2020 at Blue Ridge of Sumter Nursing Home.

Public Viewing will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2020 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Graveside Services will be held at 1pm on Friday, April 2, 2020 at Smith Cemetery, South St. Pauls Church Road, Sumter, SC 29154.
