Maggie Mae Dickey Nelson, 84, wife of Lawrence Nelson and daughter of the late Paul and Pearl Miller Dickey, was born on April 17, 1937 in Sumter County, SC. She departed this life on Monday, May 24, 2021 at Prisma Health Tuomey in Sumter, SC.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, May 28, 2021 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mrs. Nelson will be placed in church on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 10am for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150.

Interment will follow in Chandler Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at the home, 2695 Old St. John Church Road, Lynchburg, SC 29080.
