Lucille Brown Jenkins, 89, widow of Othniell Jenkins and daughter of the late Hannibal Brown and Clara Brown Robinson, was born on November23, 1933 in Wedgefield, SC.  She departed this life on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Prisma Health Richland in Columbia, SC.
