Lt. Col. Robert James Livingston, Jr., son of Robert James Livingston, Sr., and Ida Lorrine Harris Livingston was born on November 09, 1972 in Newberry, SC.  He departed this life on Monday, March 11, 2024 at his residence in Virginia Beach, VA.

Family will receive friends at the home of his daughter Faith Olivia Livingston and her mother Kristain L. Rembert-Livingston, 15 English Street, Sumter, SC 29150.  Starting Friday, March 15, 2024 daily from 3-6pm.
