Lottie Bell Tomlin Lowery, 91, widow of James Lowery and daughter of the late George and Almeta Myers Tomlin, was born on September 13, 1928 in Clarendon County, SC. She departed this life on Monday, February 10, 2020 at Prisma Health Tuomey in Sumter, SC.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary, Inc.

Mrs. Lowery will placed in the church on Saturday, February 14, 2020 at 10am until the hour of the service.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Westminister Presbyterian Church 9124 Plowden Mill Road Alcolu, SC 29001.

Interment will follow in Barfield Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at the home, 1110 ReedRoman Road Sumter, SC 29153.
