Levon Jerrell Pack, 18, son of Michael Pack and Shamika Smoot was born on October 30 ,2004 in Manning, SC. He departed this life on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Prisma Health Tuomey Sumter.
Public Viewing will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.
