Leroy Sinkler, 87, husband of Rosa Lee Brailsford Sinkler and son of the late Edward James Sinkler and Phyllis Pringle Sinkler, was born on September 13, 1937 in Wedgefield, SC. He departed this life Saturday, February 15, 2025 at his residence.
Family will receive friends at the home, 205 Brooklyn Street, Sumter, SC 29150.
