Lena Riley Ragin, 90, daughter of the late Jacob Riley and Phronie Hampton Riley, was born on October 1, 1932 in Clarendon County, SC. She departed this life on Sunday, April 30, 2023 at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter, SC.
