Lavonna Semetrius Pack, 42, husband of Tiffany Latrice Jefferson Pack and son of Nathaniel Pack and the late Janie Mae Pack Peterson, was born on August 2, 1981 in Sumter, SC.  He departed this life on Monday, November 20, 2023 at Millennium Post Acute Rehabilitation, West Columbia, SC 29169.

Public viewing will be held on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon, Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150 with Rev. Leo Chapman, Jr., Officiating.

Interment will follow in Mayesville Community Cemetery, Mayesville, SC 29104.

Family will receive friends at 40A Summerset Drive, Sumter, SC 29150
