Julia Alberta Mills English, 81, widow of Stephen McKinley English, Sr., and daughter of the late Henry Mills and Elouise Johnson Mills, was born on March 18, 1943 in Sumter, SC.  She departed this life on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at her residence.

Public viewing will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 4-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be held at 3pm, Monday, March 25, 2024 at High Hills Baptist Church, 6840 Meeting House Road, Dalzell, SC 29040 with Rev. Donald Amis, Officiating.

Interment will follow at High Hills Baptist Church Cemetery, Dalzell, SC 29040.

Family will receive friends at the home, 133 Ramblewood Drive, Columbia, SC 29209 daily from 1-6pm.
