Judge George Roosevelt Gibson, 79, widower of Sarah Deas Gibson and son of the late Clarence Legrand Gibson and Pattie Jefferson Gibson, was born on April 20, 1944 in Mayesville, SC.  He departed this life on Monday, December 25, 2023 at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter, SC.
