John Lewis Cousar, 68, husband of Sandra Billie Cousar and son of the late James and Ruth Burgess Cousar, was born on May 15, 1953 in Manning, SC. He departed this life on Monday, May 17, 2021 at Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, SC.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mr. Cousar will be placed in church on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 10am for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150, with Rev. Mary Hagan officiating.

Interment will follow in Billie-Simon Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, 213 Cedars Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150.
