Jeston Milton fisher, Jr., affectionately called "King Fish," was born in New Bern, NC on June 3, 1937 to the late Jeston and Louise Guy Fisher, Sr. He was summoned to his Heavenly home on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at his residence after an extended illness with loved ones by his side.

Jeston was a quiet person, who loved to hunt and fish. He loved his family and spent many hours caring for the family home and garden. He took pride in his gardening skills, where he grew the best watermelons and sweet potatoes.

On February 23, 2009, Jeston married Annette Lewis and they enjoyed many happy years together.

He leaves to cherish the memories of his life his loving wife, Annette Lewis Fisher; one sister, Jacqueline Fisher Self of Durham, NC; five sisters-in-law: Mary Levine, Emma Jane McCain, Janie Mae Lewis, Joyce Wright, Edith Lewis, and Frances Dinkins; four brothers-in-law: Billy Lewis, Howard Lewis, Isaac Dinkins and Ben Cook all of Sumter, SC; three nephews: Arthur Fisher, Jr. of Goldsboro, NC, Delatha Self, Sr. and Ira Self both of Durham, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jeston was preceded in death by a mother-in-law, Fannie Lewis; father-in-law, John McCain; a sister, Virginia Hargesty; and brother, Arthur Fisher, Sr.

Public Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mr. Fisher will be placed in the church on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 11am for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 12pm on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at St. Paul AME Church (Shaw) 1495 North St. Paul Church Road Sumter, SC 29154, with Rev. Eric R. Dent, Pastor, Officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Paul Church Cemetery

Family will receive friends at the home, 200 Apollo Street Sumter, SC 29168.
