Janie Plowden Edwards,72,widow of Paul Edwards and daughter of the late William Thomas Plowden and Flossie Briggs Plowden was born on September 13, 1945 in Lee County. She departed this life on Wednesday, December20, 2017at her residence in Mayesville, SC.
Public Viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.
Mrs. Edwards will be placed in the church on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 10:00 am for viewing until the hour of service.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 11:00 am at Unionville AME Church, 2036 Swimming Pen Rd, Mayesville, SC 29104, Rev. Alvin Webb, Officiating.
Family will be receiving friends at the home of her sister, 132 East Sumter Street, Mayesville, SC 29104.
