James Williams, Jr.

James Williams, Jr., 86, son of the late James Williams, Sr., and Rivana Tisdale Williams, was born on November 10, 1939 in Sumter, SC. He departed this life on Sunday, December 28, 2025 at his residence.

Mr. Williams was a member of Salem Missionary Baptist Church where he served on the Male Chorus and Trustee Board.

James Williams, Jr., was a member of the International Free and Accepted Modern Mason, Inc., and the Order of the Eastern Star. He was a member of pride of Sumter-A-Lodge #35., he served in many houses, he was a member of King Solomon Council. He was a member of King David Royal Arch Chapter, he was a member of Job Commander #2 Knights Templar, Salaam Shrine Temper #17, Exodus 32 Consistory.

He also was a member of the united Supreme Council 33 and Last degree.
