Ivory Montgomery Benston, 89, widow of Maxwell Benston, Sr. and daughter of the late Eugene and Lamb Budden Montgomery, was born October 16, 1931 in Sumter, SC. She departed this life on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at her residence.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150, with Pastor Jonathan Smith, Eulogist and Pastor Tina Booker, Presiding.

Interment will follow in Cain Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at the home, 917 Jensen Road, Sumter, SC 29154.
