Herbert Howard, 71, son of the late Rosa Lee Howard, was born on April 25, 1949 in Sumter, SC. He departed this life on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, NY.

Mr. Howard will be placed in the church on Friday, March 5, 2021 at 11am for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 12noon on Friday, March 5, 2021 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150, Pastor Marion H. Newton, officiating.
