Helen Rebecca Dessman, 72, daughter of the late Paul, Sr. and Mary Jane Williams Plowden, was born on July 31, 1947 in Sumter, SC. She departed this life on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Prisma Health Tuomey in Sumter, SC.

Public Viewing will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Ms. Dessman will be placed in the church on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 10am for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center 101 South Salem Avenue Sumter, SC 29150.
