Harry Epps, 66, son of the late Elihu McDowell, Sr., and Mary Letha Epps Barno, was born on January 17, 1957 in Sumter, SC.  He departed this life on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at McLeod Hospice House in Florence, SC.

Family will receive friends at the home, 3880 Mt. Sinai Church Road, Lynchburg, SC 29080 daily from 5-8pm.
