Gussie Mae Walters Ragin, 98, widow of Joe Ragin, Jr., and daughter of the late Manning Walters and Amy Brown Walters, was born on April 20, 1927 in Sumter, SC.  She departed this life on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at her residence.
